Privacy first

Privacy Policy

SendTestMail.com delivers test emails while keeping your inbox data private. We never store personally identifiable information and we only use Google Analytics for anonymous product insights.

What we collect

We send your test email immediately and discard input fields once delivery is triggered. Email addresses, names, and message bodies are never stored in our database. We retain hashed message identifiers to track delivery status, and these hashes cannot be reversed to reveal your address.

To protect the service from abuse, we temporarily log high-level metadata such as timestamp and provider response codes. These records are detached from personal identifiers and automatically pruned on a rolling basis.

How we use Google Analytics

We run Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns like page views and feature adoption so we can improve sendtestmail.com. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish returning visits but does not receive email addresses or other PII from us. We do not enable advertising features, remarketing, or cross-site tracking.

You can opt out by using a browser extension or disabling analytics cookies. The core testing workflow remains fully functional without analytics enabled.

Your controls

If you run into any privacy concern or want a historical test removed faster, contact us via the support link in the footer. Because we avoid storing PII, requests are typically resolved as soon as matching metadata ages out of our systems.

Updates to this policy will appear on this page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the latest terms.
